It is a high-intensity class, where kids sweat and work hard. It is tailored to give them an advantage in the dance class as well as fully embrace their body and all muscle groups.

During the class, expect to do a lot of abs and leg work. Everything to make sure there is enough strength in the body to make this effortless leaps, turns and balances.

At least half of the lesson is dedicated to stretching, both back and splits.
