Little Muslim Stars is a fun-filled Islamic Mums and Toddlers Playgroup, now running for its 10th year in Solihull. Our weekly Sunday sessions run during term time from 9am to 10am and are split between 20 minutes of free-play, and 40 minutes of crafts and structured group learning.

Enjoy a variety of activities with children on our playmats – whether it’s puzzle making, role playing or sharing a good story. Sessions are designed around a range of appropriate Islamic themes such as Allah made the Universe, My 5 Senses, The 5 Pillars of Islam, Stories of the Prophets (AS) and Islamic Values and Manners. These themes are explored in a weekly creative craft activity, followed by circle time with a visit from a special puppet friend, theme-based stories and discussions, sing-along nursery rhymes and our daily Duah.

While we have clear educational aims, the playgroup is also about making friends, both for toddlers and their mums! Let us know when your little one is celebrating a birthday and we can all sing a special birthday song for them. Our end of year party and certificate awards day is also a wonderful and memorable occasion for all!
