Our Stay & Play sessions are the perfect mix of fun and fitness for little ones — and their grown-ups! Kids can explore our soft play area, bounce on castles, and burn off energy in a safe, friendly space.

While they play, guardians can optionally take part in a relaxed “Guardian-Fit” workout — a light martial-arts-inspired fitness session designed for parents who want to stay active without missing out on playtime.

No pressure, no strict rules — just a fun, social environment for families to connect, move, and play together!

We are a martial arts gym but host bouncy castle and soft play sessions due to owning a bouncy castle company and having a 4 year old son ourselves, and another baby on the way, so the week day fun will not be stopping when Dexter goes to school.
