Description
This is a special monthly evening session for anyone who identifies as MOTHER - of children any age - to shake off the stresses of the parental load and build some FABULOUS DISCO ENERGY with your fellow super heroes. For one precious hour in the month give yourself the freedom to move in a way that feels good for your unique body to some top pop - I will guide you through easy follow along routines (no memorising involved) and encourage you to keep breathing and smiling whether we're all in sync or it's a freestyle frenzy! There are NO wrong moves, just the joy of dancing together. So bring a water (or drink of your choice!) dress comfy... or sassy - whatever your vibe and LET' DISCO!
Advance tickets are £6. Please be aware that tickets on the door are £7.50.
