Description
This class incorporates controlled resistance exercises while strengthening the core (that’s the abdominals, back and pelvic floor), toning the body, easing aches and pains and just generally making us stronger and fitter for our everyday life. An ideal all round class for those wishing to strengthen and nurture their bodies. Babies/little ones are very welcome to come along. Suited to those that have just begun Pilates, however, we strongly recommend that if you’re up to 6 months postpartum or have any specific postnatal concerns that you complete Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates classes with Kelly first.
These classes are £60 per 6 session block and £11 for a one off taster.
If you are less than 6 months postpartum please book onto Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates first for a block before moving to this class
