Description

This session is part of PBY’s Postnatal Social and Support Sessions running 8th Nov to 6th Dec.

The sessions will provide a variety of mini tasters including: Feeding Support, Babywearing, Mum and Baby Yoga, Baby First Aid, Postnatal Pelvic Health. You will be able to learn some useful tools to support yourself and your baby in their first 12 months and to meet other new parents.
