Description

In these sessions we will have space to talk and connect with whatever we are going through that week.

Will will gather in a circle like our ancestors once did, move our bodies and connect with our babies. We will shout, stamp our feet, dance and shake things about. We will move using yoga poses, intuitive movement ,use mudras, mantras, affirmation and I never go too far without my drum.

Every class will be different, there will be space to go with the flow and connect with the intention of the session. We will prepare for labor, learning different birthing techniques, breath work, what feels right.
