DREAMY PLAY DAYS

Mums meet up - 45 mins of sensory group activity session followed by stay & Play- promoting PND support and new friendships.
Welcome-We can’t wait to meet you in our warm, friendly extended new mums club specifically aimed at helping new mums make friendships alongside enjoying some fun sensory activity time. After a 45 min sensory musical session there is time to enjoy a cuppa , biscuit and relax in our dreamy intimate little venue. We encourage social interactions and support within the group ensuring everyone is feeling welcomed. You are welcome to bring your own snacks/ lunch or can order food to be eaten from a local tea room where we can order and collect for you.

Older siblings are welcome and only 1 charge per family- however if you would like an additional seated space for the group sensory session then please book for each child if you did not want to share a seated space.

Free self service tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate and biscuits included.

Is this for females only? The emphasis on these sessions is to able to offer a relaxed meet up where mummy’s can offer support to one another and make new friends and know it is a safe place particularly if suffering with mental health/ PND etc. If you would like your partner to come if you are unable to come alone, they are more than welcome but we do please ask that they are mindful of any needs within the group. We do not in anyway want to disciminste to males but we know there are many other amazing groups and classes available to all but we would like to offer something that gives more emotional support should any new mummy’s be needing it. I suffered myself with PND when my daughter was a baby years ago and know how daunting attending a new class or daily activities can be. So this means a lot to me to be able to give something back to others who may be needing it or are just looking to make new friends . What to bring? - just a nice soft blanket for your baby to lay on.
