EALING 135 - THURSDAY FITNESS CLASS

This is a 30 minute full body sculpt session with a mixture of HIIT and resistance work. You can do the exercises with your baby as long as they are under 12 months old, or you can use the weights provided.

Please do not arrive before 9am

Enter from Mattock Lane and take the right hand door to the main reception/foyer. The Bernard Shaw Room is on the ground floor, on the right hand side. Please bring pushchairs into the room and refrain from blocking the corridor.
