Description

A calm, relaxing and hugely beneficial class for you and your baby. Each week we will learn soothing and nurturing massage routines which focus on a different area of the body. In addition to helping you and your baby relax, massage can help to relieve wind, colic and indigestion as well as encouraging sleep. Baby massage also helps babies move from reflex to voluntary movement and promotes brain development. Most importantly, it is a great bonding activity for you and your baby and allows you some uninterrupted time for just the two of you.

Class is 45 mins and suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling.
