Description
Join this unique workshop where you will learn nurturing touch techniques that your baby will love and Spanish songs and rhymes. Ideal for babies under 18 months.
To start, we will have a relaxation exercise for adults so that you can tune into the present moment. Then we will learn a playful sequence combining baby massage and baby yoga, followed by strokes to help with common ailments such as teething pain and digestion discomfort. We will end learning techniques to help your baby sleep deeper.
