Baby Massage is suitable for all babies from birth to approximately 6 months. The classes are fun, friendly and baby-led so soothing, feeding, changing are welcomed whenever they need it.
You will learn a full routine of massage strokes for your baby's whole body. Baby massage helps to create those all important secure attachments and is a great way to relieve common baby ailments such as colic, wind, constipation and teething. The strokes are all done to music and rhymes to help you remember them for home practise. We also use lots of props and toys to help engage your little one during the class.
As part of the class you will enjoy a hot drink and delicious homemade brownie by Montylicious Treats.
The classes run weekly during term time and are a great bonding activity for you and your baby. At your first class you will recieve a goody bag with some oil and a useful handout to help you practise at home.
