As parents, being prepared can make all the difference 💙 Join us for a 3-hour paediatric first aid class designed especially for parents and carers of babies and young children.

You’ll learn essential, life-saving skills including:

✔️ Infant & child CPR

✔️ AED use

✔️ Choking

✔️ Recovery position

✔️ Head injuries

✔️ Burns & scalds

✔️ Cuts & bleeding control

✔️ Common paediatric illnesses & emergencies

Family Friendly

• Children aged 9+ are welcome**
• Learn practical first aid skills together
• Perfect for families with older siblings

** Please note: while our courses are family friendly, attendance for children is at the parent’s discretion and should be able to sit and focus. Children should attend with a paying parent.

About Emberiza Mini's

I’m Kerry Bunting, a mum first and foremost, and the founder of Emberiza Mini’s, which I run alongside our family business, Emberiza Training Services. Like so many parents, becoming a mum completely changed my outlook on life. I’m a single mum to my lovely little girl, who is currently being assessed for autism, and our journey together has taught me just how quickly everyday moments can turn into heart-in-mouth ones. From weaning and first steps to tumbles, bumps, and those moments when you just wish you felt a bit more prepared. Parenting really does keep us on our toes!

I wanted to create something that genuinely supports families within the community. A safe, welcoming place where parents, grandparents, and carers can learn essential skills without feeling overwhelmed or judged. No one should ever feel alone or unprepared when it comes to their child’s safety.

No experience needed — just a friendly, practical session with plenty of hands-on learning and time for questions.
