If you're due in 2024 and have worries about birth, this is a great way to explore hypnobirthing as a tool for your pregnancy and birth preparation.

Join doula, embodiment coach and biomechanics geek Emilie for an hour of information, a chance to experience the type of deep relaxation hypnobirthing can bring and meet some other lovely pregnant folk!

Please book a place for your partner too - it's perfect if you can join on separate devices (but also fine if you can't, and either come along solo or join on one screen.
