Description
Evidence-based, realistic and fun!
The course runs over two Saturdays or five Monday evenings and covers:
All about birth part 1- the stages of labour and birth
All about birth part 2- when birth needs a helping hand, pain relief and induction of labour
All about baby- baby care, coping with crying, what is normal.
All about feeding- breastfeeding, bottle feeding and expressing
All about you- the social! Get to know the other couples in your group.
