This is perfect if you have not done hypnobirthing before or want to make sure you are really prepared, feeling excited and supported. The group Hypnobirthing PLUS & Antenatal classes include:

- 6 hours of interactive learning for both you and your birth partner
- Ongoing support so if you have a wobble we are right there for you
- A huge online hub brimming with resources
- Pregnancy Yoga videos
- A Mindful Breastfeeding Workshop (pre recorded)
