'EN JOY DANCE FITNESS

Join a Disco Dots class at the 'en Joy dance fitness Otterbourne Studio! Disco Dots is a fun and creative dance based movement session for children of preschool age (suitable from approx 2 years) and their parents / carers. Parents and children alike will benefit from the fun physical activity and the social interaction, whilst introducing young children to the joy of movement. We use props including ribbons, scarves, etc, in simple follow-along routines and creative movement games and activities. Please note, this class encourages participation from the parent / carer and you are responsible for supervising your child(ren) at all times. The structured movement activities last approx 30mins, followed by 30mins free play, with Duplo, Brio, books, etc. Booking in advance at https://www.enjoydancefitness.co.uk is currently essential as there will be a limited number of participants for your safety and comfort.
