Free babywearing advice from me, a trained sling peer supporter!

Classes are easy to follow along even if you claim you have two left feet!
You will work up a little sweat whilst your baby naps close to you in the carrier.
It’s great way to bond with your baby but also have “me” time, which is so very important!
Feel good pop tunes are playing for us to dance to and the choreography stays the same so you will pick up the routines the more classes you attend.
So many mums have told me Everybody Sling Dance was THE BEST class they went to with their baby!! 🥳🎉
Wear clothes and shoes suitable for exercise. Bring a water bottle.
Babywearing advice is available from Debi who is a trained sling peer supporter.
Slings and carriers are available to borrow for use during a class.
