Description

Yoga for Toddlers aged 1.5 to 4 years.

This is a fun and interactive class, with Yoga songs and movement. We go on themed adventures of Yoga poses around the world, into children’s stories, and other age relevant topics.

We are passionate about teaching children about the benefits of yoga, to help build strong bodies and to find our internal calm whenever we need.

Please bring your own mat to practice on
