Everything Birth Baby Sleep’s Hypnobirthing classes are designed to blend science based antenatal teaching, with the deep relaxation, visualisation, and positive empowerment of Hypnobirthing.

The aim of Hypnobirthing is to create a more comfortable, empowered and peaceful birth experience for both parent and baby, and is suitable for all births - whether that’s at home or in hospital, a water birth, induction or caesarean!

Hypnobirthing can reduce anxiety and fear around birth, by educating and empowering you to understand how your body works during labour, and how you can reduce your perception of pain and shorten your labour using the power of self hypnosis, deep breathing and visualisation.

This course covers: understanding the physiology of birth, self hypnosis, anchoring and relaxation techniques, planning for birth including calm caesareans, decisions and choices in labour and birth, the birth partner’s role, bringing your newborn home - plus much more!

Courses are held over 4 weeks on a Monday evening (plus 2hrs online) in the lovely homely lounge of St Andrews House, Hatters Lane, High Wycombe.
