EYEH PANDAS SUPPORT GROUP

A drop in for anyone who is experiencing pre or post natal depression or other birth related mental health illnesses. Other family members and Carers are also welcome. The aim of the group is for families who are sharing similar experiences to meet and offer each other support whilst the children have a safe place to play. Tea,coffee and usually a homemade cake are available and an outreach worker will be present for any advice or support that is required.

The drop-in is on alternate Tuesday mornings from 10-11.30am. Families are welcome to drop in at any point within those times. Sadly we have no parking on site but there is plenty on the road or in a small car park opposite.
Anyone who is pregnant or has had a baby and is or thinks they may be suffering from depression or other birth related mental illness is welcome to come along.
