EYPAD CHILDREN CENTRE

This is a workshop tailored to explore the role of an adult in supporting children's emotions. This will be a fun, interactive, resourceful workshop where you would have the opportunity to discuss and explore solutions together in supporting children in regulating their emotions.
Family Coach would be facilitating the workshop where they would be able to give you practical advise when it comes to supporting your toddler and or young children in regulating their emotions and your role as an adult in this.
This is a great opportunity for you to meet other parents and carers whilst discussing emotional regulation. We would be exploring different ways of supporting our children's emotions as well as our own emotions. We will be providing strategies in supporting children's tantrums, meltdown, anger and frustration.
