FAMILY BY THE SEA CIC

Creative Play was designed by our founding director, Ailish, as a play session for all the family.

Respecting our needs in the moment, our session is unstructured and completely baby led.

Natural and eco toys and resources, such as the tactile and limitless toys by Grimms, Grapat, Plan Toys and Glucksafer.

Toys will be laid out in the middle of our circle, allowing parents to chat whilst the babies explore. Many of the toys are schema promoting which supports how our babies develop, in their own time and way.

Sitting and watching others play is very much part of how our children learn and is encouraged and welcomed.

Self serve hot drinks, fruit bowl and homemade cookie/pancake (vegan, GF and refined sugar free).

Prams are welcome within the studio, we do have an intimate space so we welcome sling use or fold up prams where possible. We have regularly catered prams of all sizes including double buggies so know it is extremely accessible from our front door.

We have a bathroom at the back of the studio.

During tidy up time, a basket filled with natural instruments is brought out to signal the end of the session.
