Description

My interest in children’s yoga sparked from seeing how enthusiastic, curious and empowered my own children became through yoga. I endeavour to create a stimulating environment where children can feel relaxed, safe, happy and creative.

I am an accredited children’s yoga teacher and trained with Ayala Homossany.

I am also a professional classical pianist and enjoy combining music and yoga when sharing with the children in my classes. I also offer one to one piano lessons to children and adults of all ages. You can find more information at elenimavromoustaki.com

This class is suitable for ages 2-4 with parent/carer. Please contact me for exact location of my home studio. Half Termly Enrolment.
