Feeding is discussed without pressure, whether you’re planning to breastfeed, formula feed, combination feed, or keep an open mind. You’ll also learn about newborn care, early days at home, and what’s actually normal in those first weeks.

Free parking is available, making arrival easy and stress-free. Sessions take place in a warm, calm environment with soft lighting to help you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout.
Tea, coffee and light snacks are provided, and you’re welcome to help yourself at any time. Blankets and cushions are available so you can sit or move in a way that feels comfortable for your body, especially as your pregnancy progresses.
Classes are designed to feel welcoming and unhurried, with plenty of opportunities to pause, ask questions, and take breaks as needed. There is no pressure to sit still or participate in any way that doesn’t feel right for you.
