Description

SMART Toddler yoga (Stretch Move and Relax Together) classes are fun sessions based around simple movements and relaxation practices, which incorporate a playful approach using music and rhyme.

The classes differ from many other music and movement sessions because they cater for the adult and the child to participate together. Fostering the connection between infants and adults who care for them is a vital step to developing positive interaction in nursery care and pre-school settings.
Children grow hugely in confidence and the carers who share the practice gain insight into the individual children and benefit themselves from physical activity and mental release through yoga, which encourages Well-being.
