Young Babies
Description
Our specialist and expert coaches will guide you through a set of safe exercises which will help you rebuild your body without hurting yourself. This is a great way to start feeling fit again without the worry of “can I or can’t I” do this exercise. As the classes go on you will be gradually pushed and progressed to continue safely getting stronger and fitter at your own pace.
We make sure that every mum who comes through our door is given time to talk through where they are at in their journey.
