Description
Are you a parent or carer of a baby or toddler who would like to improve your health and fitness and meet other local parents? If so then come along to my weekly Buggy Beat class.
There’s no need for childcare as your baby or toddler comes along too! I am really passionate about providing an opportunity for new parents and carers in my community to meet new people who have young children and to make time to look after their physical and mental health!
Class sizes are normally between 10-15 and all new people are made to feel very welcome. I am passionate about building fun, friendly and supportive groups for all of my different classes where I can provide personal attention to improve technique, provide modifications and to help everyone to work at the correct level for them.
