Pilates class for pre natal women from 12wks onwards

NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
These classes combine Pilates and Yoga moves to safely work on maintaining core strength, retaining good posture and training the pelvic floor muscles. Each class will include a guided relaxation at the end.
Suitable from 12wks pregnant. Please ensure you have discussed any new exercise classes with your Midwife before joining. No previous experience needed to join.
Yoga mat optional, would use carpeted floor not using a mat.
Please wear comfortable clothes and have a bottle of water to hand.
