NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
These classes combine Pilates and Yoga moves to safely work on maintaining core strength, retaining good posture and training the pelvic floor muscles.
Suitable from 12wks pregnant. Please ensure you have discussed any new exercise classes with your Midwife before joining. No previous experience needed to join.
Yoga mat optional, would recommend carpeted floor if not using a mat.
Please wear comfortable clothes and have a bottle of water to hand.
Some cushions for comfort in the seated positions is recommended.
