Description
My Fit Mums Club is designed especially for new mums who are ready to focus on their health and wellbeing after birth. You can join from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean, as long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor.
These classes are all about YOU. While your little one is more than welcome to come along, the workout itself is just for mums - we don’t exercise with babies!
Babies can stay in their car seat, pram or a playpen I provide, whichever you prefer. They’re always placed safely in the middle of the gym so you can see them easily and attend to them whenever needed.
Whether you’re completely new to exercise or already confident in the gym, my sessions are tailored to support you. I take into account postnatal recovery, energy levels and individual needs. Every exercise can be adjusted, so even if you have certain limitations, I’ll make sure you can take part safely and effectively.
The focus is on gradually rebuilding strength, improving posture, restoring core and pelvic floor function, and boosting overall fitness, all in a supportive, friendly space surrounded by other mums who understand what you’re going through.
You’ll leave each class feeling stronger, more confident and energised, not just as a mum, but as you.
