Description
Fitness class to suit pregnant women and mums with a (new) baby. Please only book if you had your GP check.
We'll focus on the whole body and mind so you feel stronger and more capable of everyday tasks with your baby or growing bump.
It's a relaxed environment where your baby is next to you and you can cuddle, feed or do whatever you think is best for you and your little one.
