Our women’s Zumba class with Sandra will combine exercise and dance to deliver a fun and motivating cardio sessions. Ideal for any age or ability.

Pay what you can with a suggested contribution of £2 per session.

PLEASE NOTE this is not an antenatal class. Please inform the instructor if you have recently given birth.
