Description

JungleFit is an exciting animal-themed workout for both you and your little one. It is a great way to improve your fitness and have fun with your child at the same time! It is ideal for little ones that can toddle up to the age of 5, but if you’re happy to carry younger infants then you’re more than welcome to join in!

JungleFit uses:
- Bodyweight exercises
- Plyometrics (jumping)
- Cardio movements
- Team games
- Primal Movement patterns
