If you are a new mummy and would like to come along and join a friendly, welcoming, supportive group, connecting with other new mummies. Join us on zoom each Friday 11.00-12.30pm.
Being a new mum can bring up so many emotions and sometimes it can feel a little lonely, scary and overwhelming. This is probably the biggest change to have happened in your lifetime. Struggling with lack of sleep, juggling life as a newborn mum, you need the support of others in these early days. Coming along to a nurturing circle, gives you the opportunity to speak to other new mums, who are experiencing similar challenges, you can support one another and feel empowered together.
The nurturing circle is a safe, friendly, non judgemental space. Come along just as you are and feel welcomed, chat to other new mums and share your experiences in the group. If your feeling lonely, this is the space for you to come and feel connected, be a part of our community.
We close each circle with a relaxing meditation, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Let’s navigate motherhood together.
I am a qualified nursery nurse with over 35 years of newborn and childcare experience. I am a mindful breastfeeding instructor, baby massage and baby yoga teacher and a mother circle guide. As well as being a mum of 5 fantastic children and grandmother to 3 gorgeous grandchildren.
