Description
A powerful and nurturing blend of Reformer and Mat Pilates, designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. This postnatal class focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and easing tension, all in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.
Babies in arms (non-crawling) are welcome to join you — bring a blanket or car seat so your little one can rest nearby while you move. This is your time to feel strong, supported, and seen.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or 10 weeks post C-section), once cleared for exercise by your GP or midwife.

Classes are for mums with babies in arms (non-crawling) only, for health and safety reasons.
We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace.
Our studio is a safe space for you and your little one — no pressure, just gentle progress.
