Join us for a nurturing and joyful journey through Mum & Baby Yoga, where we celebrate the beautiful bond between Mum &Baby while prioritising your well-being and connection. This class is designed to support new mothers in their postpartum journey while providing a nurturing environment for babies to thrive. Through gentle yoga postures, breath work, and mindfulness practices, we'll cultivate a sense of peace, strength, and balance for both you and your little one.

Class Format:
Welcome Chat: Begin our session by connecting with fellow moms
Gentle Yoga: Explore gentle yoga poses designed to restore strength and flexibility in the postpartum body, accompanied by modifications for both new mums and their babies.
Bonding Time: Enjoy special moments of connection with your baby through nurturing touch, gentle movements, and playful interactions.
Breath Work &Relaxation: Rejuvenate your mind and body with calming breathing exercises and guided relaxation techniques, promoting deep rest and rejuvenation for both mom and baby

For more than 10 years, Claire has been leading mum and baby yoga classes with love and dedication. Her gentle guidance and expert knowledge empower mothers to connect with their babies, while also finding strength and peace within themselves.

In Claire's classes, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere where laughter and learning go hand in hand. Through tailored poses and nurturing practices, Claire helps mothers and babies alike to find balance, joy, and connection.
