In the class we will cover the benefits of massage as we work through a full-body sequence. Focus will be on how massage can support and comfort little babies (eg colic routine on tummy) but also show you how you can use massage to feel closer to your little one and more relaxed in yourself.
There are songs and props added to many of the strokes to give you and your baby a lovely experience.
Plus there's the bar downstairs so you can go for a coffee/ cake or lunch afterwards and chat with the other mums from the class!
Why not add an @ Home Baby Massage Kit to your booking so you can continue at home or share with your partner (Bundle card can be used to buy the kit)
