Take time to connect with the new version of your physical and emotional self.

You will be offered breathwork, progressive load movement, and ways to increase the strength & connection.

Find space in your body needed when carrying a growing baby and all their accessories.

Release the discomfort in your back, side body, shoulders, and wrists that can build when caring for a young one.
Suitable for people out of the early parenting stages who are looking for a little more, approximately 6 months after baby as a suggestion.
