Forget me Not's Playgroup

Description

play group with soft play and bouncy castle . . Toys are changed every two weeks and we have indoor and outdoor space weather pending . we also have sensory toys , learning toys , role play , puzzles , vehicles , dress up etc like a normal playgroup along with the soft play . Money raised from our sessions supports newly bereaved families in the local area through providing memory boxes and support we are run by volunteers .You must book a ticket for every person adults , babies, crawling or walking . .All spaces must be pre booked unfortunately we cannot not accept drop ins due to current track and trace Rules . Cancellation / refund policy : classes not attended /cancelled on the day are non refundable. classes cancelled with 24 hours notice before class start time will be transferred to another class of the same day / same time or if we resell the space to someone on the waiting list we will refund the class .All Special event tickets christmas party , halloween party easter disco etc are NON refundable unless resold but can be transferred to another with our permission . All refunds must be requested in writing and will be returned via stripe this will take upto 10 working days depending on your card provider .
