Funalot’s Baby & Toddler Group session is designed to be engaging and consistent, lasting one hour. It begins with a 10-minute welcome where staff greet participants and introduce the session’s activities, including ball pits, bikes, blocks, and a baby/toddler area. The next 10 minutes are dedicated to sensory circle time, where children can join on the mat with rattles or tambourines, enjoying songs and exploring sensory bugs.

From 20 to 40 minutes, active play and exploration take place, allowing children to move at their own pace through various play areas like the ball pit, mini bikes, and building blocks. Staff provide encouragement and assistance as needed.

Between 40 and 50 minutes, a group activity is conducted, such as parachute play or story time, where parents and toddlers participate together. The session concludes with a 10-minute calm-down and goodbye, featuring a gentle song or story to help everyone wind down, followed by a thank you and an invitation to book for the next session.

To keep sessions varied, a selection of group activity ideas is available, including music and movement, sensory and calm activities, movement and gross motor activities, creative activities, stories and language activities, themed play activities, group sensory activities, and social and cooperative activities. These activities are designed to promote development, creativity, and social interaction in a fun and supportive environment.
