Description
Yoga to connect to yourself, your baby, and other mother's to support in the journey of pregnancy and birth preparation and motherhood.
These classes will help you understand and work with the evolving changes of your body, bond with your baby, and prepare for an active birth. We will work through movements, postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques that promote comfort, balance and confidence.
You are welcome just as you are, so whether you are an experienced Yogi or brand new to the idea of Yoga, please come and join us on a Tuesday evening.
The teacher is an experienced Yoga teacher and Physiotherapist, safely and sensibly integrating knowledge of the human body with yoga principles to provide a truly accessible practice.
