Description
Come join us for a session filled with fun and love, where every child discovers the joy of yoga-inspired play in the most delightful way. In this session we will be going on a Jungle Safari Yoga Journey.
Our playful and relaxing parent-child yoga class is designed for little Yogis 4-9 years olds. It is the perfect opportunity for parents and their little ones to connect and unwind together in a safe and nurturing environment. Grandparents or other adult carers are welcome as well.
Over 45 minutes, we will guide you through a series of engaging jungle safari-themed activities and gentle yoga poses and partner stretches that are suitable for all levels of experience, and will give your little ones the tools to be calmer, happier and more peaceful inside!
