GLOW BAMBINO LTD

A beautiful baby massage course run by Rebecca Dougan, a qualified massage practitioner, trained and accredited in The Garner Method by Simone Garner. Intimate group sessions of parents / carers that stay together throughout the course so you get to form a wee supportive group!

The course will cover the history and tradition behind baby massage, as well as all the strokes required to carry out a full body massage. Each week we will look at how to massage a different part of the body, including techniques to support common issues such as colic, until the final week when we will go through the full body massage in it's entirety. Each new week we repeat the previous weeks' strokes, so if you miss a week for whatever reason, there's lots of chances to go over them again!

Our Rainbow Relax Baby Massage course incorporates light therapy, calming music and water vapour aromatherapy, as well as some of our lovely rainbow coloured Glow Bambino props. The massage will be followed by a wee chance to chat with the group over tea, coffee and biscuits. The course includes a bottle of organic massage oil and a booklet to support baby massage at home, including a personalised massage routine. It also includes a focus on relaxation for the adults, drawing on simple yoga and breathing techniques.

Suitable from birth to crawling, you can choose to come back for further massage classes, or join our Glow Bambino sensory adventures to continue your Glowing and growing journey!
