GOOD TIMES BIRTH

Hypnobirthing is a process of equipping you with a variety of ​tools to aid you through labour. It involves completely reframing ​your idea of birth as well as deep relaxation techniques, ​visualization, breathing exercises, and positive affirmations to ​prepare the mind and body for the big event. It's not about ​undergoing hypnosis in the traditional sense but rather learning ​to tap into a state of deep relaxation and focus, allowing the ​body to do what it's designed to do—birth your baby.

This is a 3 week course with one in person session every week.
