Description
Hypnobirthing is a process of equipping you with a variety of tools to aid you through labour. It involves completely reframing your idea of birth as well as deep relaxation techniques, visualization, breathing exercises, and positive affirmations to prepare the mind and body for the big event. It's not about undergoing hypnosis in the traditional sense but rather learning to tap into a state of deep relaxation and focus, allowing the body to do what it's designed to do—birth your baby.
This is a 3 week course with one in person session every week.
