Description

Each coach’s session follows a coordinated program where attention is given to each of the following points:

1. Warm up and conditioning with apparatus;
2. Stretching;
3. Choreography;
4. Acrobatics for rhythmic gymnastics;
5. Apparatus work including AD (apparatus difficulties);
6. Games to develop agility, coordination, speed, endurance, and foster a sense of camaraderie.
