Get back your strength, fitness and flexibility in a safe way with your baby in tow. This class is a combination of a dynamic warm up, strengthening using small weights, bands, and body weight. We then finish the class with a stretch and relax. Suitable from 8 weeks post partum.
Our Yoga and running sessions are mostly drop-in, no need to book in advance. Most of our Pilates classes are booked as a course, generally lasting between 5 and 8 weeks.
