Description
Our antenatal classes are honest, evidence based and great fun. Led by practicing midwives with years of experience - no question is off limits! There is plenty of time to focus on labour and birth as well as the chance to practice changing nappies, bathing a baby and using a sling. There is plenty of time to socialise with others due around the same time with lots of cups of tea and a beautiful lunch. You will come away from the classes feeling calm, confident and prepared for the journey ahead.
