Bringing a Saturday class to Bushey, means working parents in the week, also have the opportunity to spend that special 1-1 bonding time with their baby 💜

A time to connect & communicate with your baby in this calming environment away from the outside.
Spend time bonding and learning how to massage your baby, whilst singing nursery rhymes along to rhythmic strokes 😴 you’ll both be going away super relaxed and chilled for the rest of your day!

A small & intimate group course where you will meet other families alike to share experiences and have discussions.

During this 5 week course I will teach you how to massage your baby, introducing a new part of the body each week. You will also learn a colic/gas routine and learn about the benefits of infant massage as well as relaxation techniques to use on yourself.

Held in a lovely venue with plenty of free parking, accessible entrance, changing facilities & cafe ☕️

Baby Massage offers a wonderful experience and a special time to communicate both verbally and non-verbally with your little one. Using a mixture of Indian & Swedish massage traditions as well as yoga and reflexology.
Baby Massage is suitable from birth - 1 year.

Each week you will learn how to massage different parts of your baby's body

Week 1 - legs & feet
Week 2 - stomach & chest (with colic, constipation & gas routine)
Week 3 - arms & hands
Week 4 - face & back
Week 5 - full body and gentle movements

The cost of the 5-week course is £65. I’ll provide everything needed in the course; all I ask is for you to bring a blanket/towel for baby to lay on and any other necessities such as milk, nappies, comfort etc

What’s included:

- Bottle of 100% organic sunflower oil (if you would prefer to use a different oil/cream, please ensure it is natural/unscented)
- Printed weekly handouts of strokes taught that session
- Parent handbook (given on week 4)

I will talk to you about different theories around baby massage, including when the best time to massage is, the benefits, how to adapt massage as your baby gets older & more.
There will also be time to chat with other families to share experiences and have discussions 😊

If, for whatever reason you cannot make a session, don’t worry! I ensure that I recap all strokes/movements taught from previous weeks in all sessions, so that no one misses out. I also provide the handouts for you to take away which has diagrams to help. If baby is asleep or does not want a massage in the session, I have spare dolls that can be used to help you practice the strokes.
